I don’t know about you but I am a late night eater. All the sugary sweet goodness that I avoided throughout the day tent to find there way into my mouth while I am laying in bed. I am sick and tired of waking up feeling bloated with stomach cramps. What can we do about this? Well, let me give you a few tips that I have been applying to my own life.

Tip 1 – Make it a rule not to eat in bed or in front of the TV – I know that this statement is easier to type and say than it is to actually apply to our lives. However, we need to start being strict with ourselves in this regard and make it a stern rule not to eat in bed or in front of the TV.

Tip 2 – Grab a glass of ice water and a few carrots to snack on before you go to sleep or sit down to watch TV – Take your weight and divide that in half. That number is how many ounces of water you should be drinking each day. If you haven’t had your daily intake of water then you shouldn’t be eating sugary or salty food. Drink water instead.

Tip 3 – Listen to meditations as you sleep – I really enjoy listening to meditations while sleeping. Weight loss, healthy eating, law of attraction, anxiety, depression. I always feel refreshed and ready to tackle the next day after listening to my meditations when falling asleep the night before. Try it – you won’t be disappointed.
